Removing the Arch Padding

 | With your knife, cut all of the stitches on the front of the shoulder pads that hold the arch padding to the arch. |
 | With your knife, cut all of the stitches on the back of the shoulder pads that hold the arch padding to the arch. |
 | Pull the padding off of the arch. It should look like this. |
 | At this point, your shoulder pads should look like this. You can put them aside or throw them away – you will not need them for anything anymore. |
